This type of DNA test is usually needed when the alleged mother or father is deceased or unwilling to participate in a test and the alleged Aunt/Uncle of the child would like to verify their biological relationship.
Please note that the alleged Aunt/Uncle must be a full sibling of the alleged mother or alleged father, and not a half-sibling.
